Airtel — 3 G data balance 1GB not yet received for me - reg. | |||
I phone to my friend on 27th March and i check the balance amount they sent message *197 rupees 2GB 3G data. On that time 6.19 pm only 1 GB 3 G data only comes but balance not yet received. I had complaint 198 toll free number 27th March reference No.CBNRD [protected]. 28th March reference No.CBNRD [protected]. Next day 30th March they give me reference No.ROVDE [protected]. 31st March reference No.CBNRD [protected] and 1st April reference No.CBNRD [protected]. In customer care they are given reference and they are not solved the problem. one people saying technical problem and solved by 4th april and another person told on 7th april.
