[Resolved] Airtel — 3G 370 MB data deducted | |||
Due to un availablity of online recharge servers on[protected] can't able to rechage the 45/- 7 days 3G offer. As airtel system are upgrading on[protected], we can't able to recharge through online because of that upgradation we lost 370 MB 3G data. Case like:- If the person is travelling log distance in train. he can manage recharge through online. airtel customer care suggesting even though it's last day to recharge & airtel severs is not working you have to recharge in shops(Easy Recharge) to carry forward your 3G balance Very Poor Customer Care Service!!! Even Though they are not giving proper information to resolve the issue, simply ignoring the request. just giving info i.e can't able to resolve the issue.
