Dear Sir,
This is inform to you that I done 3G recharge of Rs 655 for 3GB 3G + Unlimited plan on my Airtel No. [protected] on 05th June 2015. Now I already consumed 3GB data and Now the problem of 3G speed is faced by me. According to the My Airtel android application there are not mentioning any speed related information. But now I was just called to Airtel customer service and got reply from them the plan is not full unlimited only the 3GB data have a better speed rest of data have not good speed it's only for suffering not for download & upload. So this things manipulate me.
This kind of advertising manipulate the people and after they suffer the problem no one is available help. And receive the reply from customer service please once confirm the fully plan detail.
So please do the needful and help me.
