Airtel — 3G Data stolen by Airtel

Dear Sir/Madam, I am regular 3G user since 1 year in Airtel. My number is:"[protected]". I used to charge 3G prepaid pack before getting it expired every month. Last Thursday i.e. 27/Aug/2015, I have recharged it as it was my expiry day of current 3G plan. That time 400MB was remained in that plan & I need to carry forward it in next 3G plan. So, I have recharged 1GB-3G plan of Rs.247/-. But Airtel has provided me 2G instead of 3G.Complete Non-sense. Airtel is fraud company. Pathetic way to cheat public. As I am regular 3G user, I was facing issue with speed. So I have called Airtel-Call-Centre but they are very arrogant & unable to provide me a solution. Next day, I have recharged new 3G package to regain speed. Now, my data card is showing me only "500MB" instead of 1024+400+500="1924MB".
