Airtel — 3g to 4G upgrade - Horrible Service by Airtel | |||
I have been using Airtel 3G dongle for three years and i got a call from Airtel for an upgrade to 4G and they have promised me the same plan and tariff will be applicable to 4G. I have purchased Airtel 4G SIM and 4G device from Airtel Service centre. Since then 4G is not active on my number([protected]). 1) Spoke to 121 and 4G technical department. No one knows why 4G is not getting activated. They blamed my device. I tried on different device and it did not work there and i used another 4G sim on the same device and it works which proves it is not device issue. 2) Spoke to Nodal team with no resolution 3) Spoke to Appellate team and till now no resolution. Service request number 64759780 I have no clue where to escalate this and get my 4G services up and running. I have tried all possible ways and it has been over a month and no resolution. Thanks Umesh. However no one contacted me on this till date and I am still waiting. I am waiting since 8th September and would like to know how long should I be waiting.
