Airtel — 4G Connection not working | |||
Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have Purchase a Airtel 4G Connection only after taking a demo in demo Airtel Executive shows me the Device Speed 35MB and then on Speed test I have change the location for server testing then its tested and result was 15MB and demo done on 4G signal. Now when I have paid the amount as well I am paying the months bills but I have found that Location area where Demo was given as the same location I am not getting the 4G Signal. When I have complained for the same they have shared the reference number and without doing and verify they have closed the complaint. Now again when I have asked for the complain they give me the another reference number and today I have seen still not getting the speed which committed by Airtel In this area.
