[Resolved] Airtel 4G — Getting due bill notice even after advance 3 month payments and closer of the connection on completion of first 3 month | |||
My Airtel 4G LTE number was [protected] which had is closed after completion of first 3 month on 29th July'14. I am still receiving due bill notice from Airtel 4G even after 3 month advanced payment by check ( HDFC check # 913841, Rs. 2124 cleared on 6th May'14). I repeatedly notified and raised this concern to Airtel 4G customer care team and they also confirmed me via mail about the receipt of the payment. I also raised my concern that bill is unnecessary including additional charges/fine/late payment fee etc and Airtel must not claim this in future for any case. Customer care representative, MOHAMMED ZABIULLA and Monica M, told me that they are facing technical issue in their billing system and I should ignore the additional charges now. They will rectify the data soon. I have all mail communication with customer care via email id [protected]@in.airtel.com . Kindly refer following ticket reference number : 57285684, 56489877, 02486244 for more detail why I was dissatisfied about Airtel 4G service and what were the reasons of discontinuation of the service.
