[Resolved] Airtel — 4g sim not working after swap | |||||
I have swaped my AirTel SiM with 4G SiM. After following process I got SMS stating new sim has been activated on my mobile number. Old sim stopped working. However when i put new 4G sim it didn't work. No Network / Services with SIM. I tried with 4 different phone and have restarted devices as well multiple time but no luck On calling Customer Care - They responded in copy book style stating everything working fine - Currently due to technical issues sim is not working and wait for 4 hrs and it will start working. I have already waited for more than 10 hrs and sim still does not work. Customer care seems to have neither ETA for so called technical isse and nor they seems to be putting serious effort to resolve the error. I was not expecting such a pathetic service from AirTel.
