Airtel — 4G stopped working. No customer support | |||
My 4G worked very well for about 2 months but then it started to disconnect frequently and now it has completely stopped working. Despite many attempts to get some help (SR62154257, SR62238660, SR62238660, SR[protected] all I get is people ringing me up asking endless stupid questions and making promising of sending a service engineer. After 8 days no service engineer has visited my residence to solve the problem despite it being clear from the start that there is some sort of hardware problem. Airtel seem to have a lot of poorly trained support staff who really don't give a [censored]. Was this information helpful? | |||

Still no 4G and still no visit from a service engineer. I am starting to doubt they yactually exist.
