Airtel — 4G Wrong Bill Generation

Dear Airtel, I am writing this message your Customer Care Team has failed to services my request. For Airtel Account No : [protected][4G LTE Connection], which was taken on 8th of Feb, there is Wrong Bill that has been generated. As my connection is on 2 Month Advance Rental Plan of 2999, The Bill Generation at this moment is irrelevant and is void. I would request Airtel Team to Look into this strictly and provide my the proper resolution this time. Below is the Brief History of the Complaint and Problem that I have face since i have taken the Connection : 1. My Connection was activated with Rs 650 Plan[3GB] Instead of 2999 Plan. 2. Had to Log Multiple Service Request to resolved this issue; and After Continuous Followup of 1 week with Airtel Team[Rajeev ; Mb No. [protected]], it was rectified to proper plan. 3. But, Plan was again wrongly updated back to 30GB Plan after 2 days post rectification. 4. Again Need to Log SR to rectified it proper Plan[SR is 55166331] 5. Post log of later SR[55166331], My Plan is updated properly, but there is a also a wrong Bill Generation 3782.77 immediately after the updation of Plan. In reference to this, I have contacted Airtel Customer Care, namely Sunil and Rajeshekar, but they had objected me to take any SR against this asking me to wait for 24 hrs inspite of the fact that there is a problem in the Bill, and also denied me on transferring call to their Managers saying that there are no Manager at the floor at that time and they are operating without any Manager and Supervisor. So, Airtel Team, I reminding with this message to your Team that, Customer pay money for the service; and if the service is not good and do give value for their customer, that organization will never flourished. I am attaching the snapshot of my bill and the Application with this complaint.

You Please tell me how it is possible.

Adding further Point, the Plan that i have taken is Rs. 2999 [2 Month Advance Rental Plan] and hence My should be charged for Next 2 Months as per the Rental agreement.

This is an act of Pure Cheating by Airtel Team. Please rectified it ASAP .
