Airtel — 4g/2g net and mobile coverage

Hi, My name is Amol Gayakwad, I have purchased new sim of Airtel a month back approximately. From last 15-20 days I am complaining that there is no/less coverage to my place to customer care. They are simply assuring me that within 2-3 days it will be resolved. I stay in Kalewadi one of most crowdy area in Pune still facing such issue with such big brand. Today height is they have told me that your complaint will be resolved in few hours but still nothing happened yet. And someone among-st them told me that there is no 4g lauched in Pune yet. Isn't it outrage. Anyone please do needful. I am feeling like either customer care people are full or they are trying to make me full.
