[Resolved] Airtel — [protected] - Mobile Connection is Deactivated without any reason. | |||
I am a 5 years old customer of Airtel prepaid service. On Thursday, 24th October, 2013 I have got a message from airtel that "As per Govt. directives, we have not received your valid documents for your airtel mobile, please submit your form, photo, ID & address proof within 72 hours at airtel showroom to avoid discontinuation of services." but my number [protected] is not just deactivated, but it is deleted on Friday, 25th October, 2013 morning. When I visited to outlet on Saturday, 26 October 2013 to submit my documents which was still under 72 hours, I got that my account and details has been already deleted and not any information is available. So, another SIM card has been provided, and assured me that we have taken the request for recreation of my account and it would work on same day as soon as possible. Now Its Monday, 28th October 2013 and my number is still not in service. When I have called to customer care they have said that we have no any details and may be you are not using this no. for a long time although my no. is very frequently used before the deactivation. I am suffering a lot due to this irresponsible service want to claim Bharti Airtel, Chandigarh for these kind of consumer service. When I have visited Aitel Relationship Center, Sector 22, Chandigarh on Tuesday to confirm the reason why my no. is not in service yet, I found that they have lost my physically submitted documents but there was an email sent on the same day so on the basis of that I have requested to status of resolution. They have requested again to submit my all documents.
After struggle a lot on Tuesday evening airtel account has been created again as a Fresh New Customer and I have followed their instructions as per direction.
Now I have lost my all balance, offers, services which was active on my no. and they are just making me fool that we are looking for my issues and providing the same, but still it is a time pass.
I am very harassed in last 5 days, I have requested to look my issues on higher priority but the concern people is just passing time...
Please let me update as soon as possible, as I am very harassed and want resolution without delay...
