Kindly provide me outgoing call history & outgoing call number from 01.06.2016.

We contact your 198 toll free no. But not any response from your customer care advisor.

1. 1st advisor person show me balance deduct problem from message service.
2. 2nd advisor person show me balance deduct problem form not any service generate

Kindly provide me outgoing call details with proper outgoing call number.

Please SMS “EPREBILL Email id” To 121 to get the bill on your E-mail id. You will be charged Rs. 50 per request for the same.
