Airtel — activation of 2g by customer care without customer approval

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

I recharged for Rs.150 on 2 may 2015.Without my approval for the activation of 2G plan, it got activated and my balance of 76 Rs.was deducted . I did not even get the message of activation. Even after calling several times, the customer care did not resolve my issue.I want the refund at the earliest.
