[Resolved] Airtel — Activation of the numbers [protected]/[protected] | |
Hi!
I applied for two connections from airtel on a corporate plan (one new connection [protected] and second via MNP [protected]). The address verification has been done, documents and everything are in order. The plan I applied for is 375 per month (rental) gives me 600 minutes (local STD), 150 local and 150 national SMS, CUG unlimited, 1GB 3G data per month.
Recently I got a call from my dealer that airtel has withdrawn this plan. I emailed your team at [protected]@in.airtel.com and they said I need to perform tele verification by calling at 59059. I tried from my current number and it says the number doesn't have incoming call facility. I called up postpaid customer care and they said the order number for both numbers is yet to be generated. Once it is done the number will be activated.
Can you please advise me if both numbers will be activated successfully and active shortly (by monday)?
