Airtel — Against to mobile connection | |||||
I have taken MNP from reliance to airtel on 22.09.2015, on that day onwards i am facing problem bcz in coming calls has not coming from other net works except air tel . i was given complaints no. of times, here i am giving a few references "CICPL [protected] on dtd. 28.09.2015, CICPL[protected]on dtd 06.10.2015. These two only i am mentioning but i am having 5 complaint references. Replies from you CICPL[protected]-against to this complaint your personnel was given as your problem has been resolved. switch off & switch on ur mobile on the same day but no change. your customer care personnel has not responding properly. they are not try to resolving the problem.
