I have Airtel DTH connection with HD + Recorder STB. From last few weeks I am not able to do recording. "It gives HDD0001" error and description says unable to record, contact customer care. Another, issue is after 1-2 hour of continuous watching, setup box gives error and restart every 5-6 min. I have first registered complaint in this regards on 16th June (Ref No :[protected]. Airtel engineer came and confirmed that issue is with setup box and we need to change that. He ask for recharge for at least 1000 INR for same. We did that right away. :( He told he will come next day with new Setup Box. From that day, we are waiting to resolve the issue and there is no show from Airtel Side. On top of that they closed my complaint as resolved on next day, 17th June. I again called customer care and they have open new complaint on Saturday, 20th June with ref . no : 44764956. Till now no action taken on this. I again called on Tuesday, 23rd and got new ref no : 44839906 but as of Thursday, no call and no resolution. I have recharged earlier for 1 year plan and again for 1000 for setup box. With this, I am loosing ever day and not sure when my issue will be resolved. I need help from this forum and want Airtel to refund my full amount of recharge and 1000 for setup box. I will shift to some another provider. Very bad experience from Airtel.
