[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel 3g fraud | |||
Hi, i am a prepaid 3g airtel user([protected]) . from last 2 months (december15 & jan16) i have recharged my a/c with RS 1499 in both the month one after another.i was given 14 gb 3g data each month under this offer pack.but each month it got lapsed because at the end of the month airtel didnt send me the alert message saying that your date is approaching so that i can carry forward my 3g data to the coming month.as a result i lost almost 20 gb 3g data just because of airtel error. earlier they were sending alert messages every month on time without any delay...when i was doing 2.5gb 3g recharge .at that time they never missed it.sent alert messages on time ...but this time they screwed my entire data. this is really unacceptable. if anyone from airtel wants to contact me then thy can contact me after 4pm mon-sat. during working hours i dont have access to phone at all due to my companies process requirement.
