Airtel — Airtel 3G worst customer service

The customer service executives are totally inept in resolving customer complaints. They dont provide adequate information or help, They say that they are transferring the call to technical dept and disconnnect the call after some time. The waiting period is too long. The CCEs are a waste, good for nothing. Even if we select English option, we are connected to some uneducated & non technical people who dont know a damn. I m seriously thimking of changing from Airtel .
