[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel - Balance deduction of Laila Service - Please Refund the amount

My name is Jayashree. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 27-Sep-2014 at 23:05:33 that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. I checked this consumer complaint forum and saw this has been the issue with serveral other airtel customers too...
