[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel broadband connection not getting activated | |||
Hi All, I have used Airtel broadband prior for very long time, that made me to choose airtel once again for my broadband and voice connection when I shifted to new location. I have applied for airtel new broadband connection two weeks before(hearing it will be done in 1-2 days) and have contacted and wasted almost 200 Rs in calling concerned members for my connection daily . Still I don't have a activated connection . Its been very painful to me as its hampering my office work and I am loosing my Salary(Pay), don't know who will refund that . Daily I hear same things that today it will be done but that "today" is not coming from last two weeks. There were various other vendors proving the same services in low cost but airtel trust and service quality brought me down to choose airtel services only, But now it seems it was a wrong decision, there is no -one to hear my voice and, I knew Airtel as best just because of customer satisfaction and fast service but all has got in vain.It was trust and satisfaction that I had with airtel that made me so patience. Please if possible work on activating connection asap as wiring and DP installation is done before but after all this I am hearing "we cannot install/activate as connection is not getting activated from back-end". I always admire airtel for its services when it come to comparison with other vendors and trust me I want to admire in future too, but this time its been a real head-ache for me. I have lost money as well as faith. Please if possible maintain the trust or else I will have to move to other vendor.
