Airtel — Airtel Broadband Service | |||||
My Broadband & Fixedline service ([protected]) are down from 12/11/2015 till date. Raised complain which was closed w/o letting me know. When I asked them to re-open the same complain which I made it on 12/11, call agents people they can't re-open. Airtel can close a complain without rectifying the issue and give system as excuse.Even after 15 days, no one has called up or had courtesy to respond back on the complain.
