Airtel — Airtel Dealer Fraud Business | |||
I made a call to Airtel customer service for a 4G dongle. They sent me a sales person who sold me the dongle and convinced me to opt for 3g & 4g combo plan. Next months she came picked up 4 months bills as advance and did not post it for months. Airtel barred my account on Feb 26. Then when I raised the concern to 121 they reactivated my account but the amount was not processed yet. The sales person is not reachable, her manager could not post the payment. Right now I have been robbed in fair daylight. Is it possible not to trust the same person who sold the product to pay for bills? Was this information helpful? | |||
