my customer id is [protected] of airtel digital tv not working in a proper manners, it has been a problem with "automatic changes of channel" and with a continuous blinking of below line of channel no. & name and change it automatically from yesterday night dated 15.04.2014 i have tried so many times to complaint it at toll free no.[protected] but there is no response from other side and it disconnected automatically. please contact me at my registered mobile no. and do the needful. thnx.. Hello Saurav,
Today again we noticed the same problem thrice and as reported i am facing this issue for the past three days.
Hoping for the faster resolution of the same.
Kindly advice permanent solution.

This has been already 6th day after reporting the issue and still no progress .The set of box is working like crazy.
Expecting some one to look in to this issue and resolve ASAP.
