[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Digital Tv Lack of service | |||
My costumer id is [protected]. Firstly, I game a complaint about my set top box not working and asked for a replacement, the service person came in 5 days and took Rs.450 instead or Rs.350. After that I clearly mentioned that there is error code 1 showing on my Set top box. Then the customer service person said that please recharge with Rs.200 or above then it will start even though I stated that there is error code 1. Then after recharge it still didn't start. It's been over 2 weeks and I am complaining daily they say service person will come tomorrow every next day and still no service person have arrived. I now demand that I should me refunded the amount I have lost due to the Set top box problem and also the Rs.100 extra which your service person took. It's been a mental harassment for me.
