Airtel — Airtel dish tv customer service problems

Airtel so called number one service provider sucks with customer care and with their equipment. 1) Equipment: When taking the connection airtel charges huge amount as part of their initital process many of the customer thinks they are paying for equipment but not because when we disconnect they will recover the equipment. In that case Airtel smartly giving warranty for their products instead of customers equipment. My questions: 1) Why we have to pay for their eqipment service? 2) If we are not owning why we are paying for initial connection 3) Do we pay when the cable system is there for cables? service is all time free there right. 4) For using their service we already monthly paying a huge amount, for using their they smarly grabs the customer and never cares after that. 2) Service: They are worst service provider of AP. Why we have to pay for service charge, their equipment is so bad for every season they have problems !!! Every season we have to get it serviced and finally we servicing to the equipment which we don't own. I never recieved any resolution for the above !!! One more example how your customer care people care about the customer...1) I called today to confirm my cancellation of the services as per the last time conversation the executive updated me that your service is never cancelled !!! Woow what a service !!! I got confirmation also for the cancellation and now all together you didnt cancelled the subscription but from next day itself you stopped the services ( telecasting )I never recieved any resolution for the above .. may I know what kind of resolution you guys provided !!
