[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel dish tv validity issue

Company offered a scheme of 12 months validity recharge with rs 1465 I have recharge rs 1465 on 28 Dec 2015.now company is called and said that your A/c no. [protected] has expired on 28 Apr 2016.
I have registered a complain no 51261841 in airtel company on 27 Apr 2016 but in 24 hours company has no reply to me in this matter. Whend I Called again on 28 Apr 2016 08.00 pm then the representative officer said that still waiting another 24 hours and also said that your channel is deactivate on 28 Apr 2016 12.00 pm without solution. I said that my complaint is under process so that plz not do this but he said that this is not possible.

Airtel Broadband Service — Airtel executives lackluster service.

Airtel executive promises the broadband connection within 24hrs. After collecting the document and charges they will start avoiding on some or the other pretext.
Now the company said that you are not eligible for this scheme then I said that if I am not eligible for this scheme then why company representatives called me and offered a scheme of like this?
The company representatives called to the and said that when the called about scheme is not from customers services but from sales and marketing department. So that I said that I don't know about this department and the representative from your side is not share any information about that first of all you will confirm in our customers service about scheme and then you will recharge. So that I said that what about my fault in this matter.plz sir solve the problem is will tired very much.
At that time the company representatives who called me about the scheme will not provide full information about the whole procedures he said only that if you will recharge rs1465 you will get benefits of 12 months validity but he did not said that first of all you will confirm in our customers service about scheme and then you will recharge. So that the company representatives was not provide full information about the procedure.
Plz do needful action in this matter.

On Sunday Dt 08.05.16 company representatives called me and said that after recharge you would not call in customer service so that your scheme is not activated. Then I said that company representatives who called me on December and said about this scheme will not provide full information about the whole procedures and also said that on 27 Dec 2015 at 8.19 pm msg received me from customers services in this msg there is no any links provided or information about confirmation of call in customer service would not available. On this basis I have recharge rs 1465 so that the company representatives said me that OK I will talk to my concern about this matter and I will call you back. I also sent that msg about scheme relate to customers services. I also attached this msg as above.
So I will waiting for call or decision about my complaint.

On 11 may 2016 company representatives called me and said that you would called in our customers service on 27 Dec 2015, and also activate your dish tv a/c so that you are not eligible for this scheme. So that I said that if I called you on 27 Apr then you will show your statement of call to me but company said to me that I will not show this detail due to our internal matter so that I said that OK but I am 100% sure that I cannot any called in your customers service
So that plz show me this details to me and I also said that if I called you on 27 Dec 2016 then why I am not activate my channel on 27 Dec instead of 28 Dec and why company
Sent me a msg on 27 Dec 2015 at 8.19 pm regarding the offer. Why I am also recharge rs 1465 advance rental pack so that plz solve this issue regarding the scheme as most urgent.
