[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel IPTV shutting down | |||||
I have been using airtel iptv since its inception and wish that airtel continues its service. The most important feature that iptv offers is access to recorded programs of 1 week duration and this was the basic reason why we opted for iptv. Now airtel plans to shut down its services causing unnecessary inconvenience and expenditure on monthly subscription and limited access to recorded channels. Moreover the Airtel has not complied with their commitment to install airtel digital tv services although I had requested for the same after hearing about the closure of iptv services. I would like to have the airtel digital services installed if iptv is shutting down else the entire amount deposited at the time of installation of iptv may be refunded.
