[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel mnp cheated | |||||
I have recently switch from idea to airtel. I was informed by the airtel customer sales person about the plan and now when the service is activated there is nothing about that. They have cheated to bring the customer from other operator. I have the call records of the airtel guy. He is clearing mentioning that and now when i am calling him he is not replying to my question. Oct 08, 2016 Suniti dhondiyal's response Whenever we recharge it message comes but when we call some one it shows low balance even today when we recharge it we got e-mail from site that it has been recharged but mobile shows low balance. We think our number has been hacked by someone so we just want to deactivate this number.
