[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel not able to receive incoming sms, outgoing sms on my number

Dear sir/madam, i'm prashanth.

This is regarding the problem i'm facing from the past 1 year.

I have migrated from vodafone - chennai to airtel - andhrapradesh in 2015 through mnp (Mobile # [protected]). Since then i'm not able to send/receive any sms.
Despite multiple calls and complaints to the customer care, i have got no solution.

I visited multiple local stores @hyderabad but no body could help me out.. Based on one store guy's suggestion, i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid recently hoping this problem would be solved. My prepaid sim is activated today (October 11-2016), however, the issue still persists.

The situation is so worst that i cant even receive one time passwords for my bank transactions; i cant even switch to another network as i can not even send port sms as well.

Hope you understand my problem and resolve it asap.

The receiving partys mobile phone number - [protected] or any 10 digit number
Date and time the message was sent - 11th october 2016: 01:05 pm
The cellphone brand and model used - moto g 2 nd gen
The display on the cellphone when the message was sent - message not sent
The network logged on to - airtel

The message centre number is - +[protected]
