[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel postpaid bill excess amount is deducted from account | |||||
I have taken two post paid cug sim card [protected] and [protected] as the bill for both the sim is combining more then usage. So i disconnected [protected] and ported to idea network after paying the pending amount of then only it got ported and i was using the idea service for 3 to 4 months. My credit card got activated which was connected to postpaid connection with airtel for pre bill payments. After 4 months as i was using the idea service they have deducted the 397 rs from credit card. And now they are telling that it was pending so we detected. And for 4 month there was no intentimation about pending payment. And the same thing is happenined for [protected] bill was given 842. After discussion with executive it comes down to 560 rs.
