[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Postpaid bill issue | |||
Earlier i had a Plan of 375, in which i had 1 GB 3g data usage free. I got a call from Airtel Customer care, that you can change your plan to 450, in which you will have 2 Gb data . So i later verified this with Airtel Customer care and changed my plan to 450. Now i have received a bill of 1400 in which my rental is 850.: I.e: 375+450 + Taxes. They are fooling me saying. that u changed your plan by removing the 1 GB data that u already have in 375 to 850.. Please someone explain.. if i wanted 2 Gb data, y would i opt for 850 rental, when i can have this with 375 + 300 for extra 1 GB???? Airtel are a cheat. They have stopped picking up my Call to 121.
