Airtel — Airtel postpaid bill query

It state that I am the user of you airtel postapaid service. but I am not satisfied with their billing service and even other updating services. I have paid my last bill before the due date. Then why these guys are charging me late fee charges of RS.100. Please update my bill as soon as possible otherwise I will discontinue your service. I am waiting for your confirmation call and email too. my no is [protected] i am having 5 nos corporate sim in company name all are in post paid
i hav ported 4 months back frm vodofone to airtel before porting they hav use to call me 10 00 times
after porting no body is intrested in answering they treat us like beggers is this the service
u providing to u r customers and also i have 5 nos in that 1 nos MY FATHERS lost simply i am
paying the rent for that i visited the ur nearest airtel shop several times about this no body is asking
our problems simply they giving rubbish answers so kindly look in to the matter and solve at the earliest
