[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel postpaid number not disconnected after no of requests and sending the new bills for not using. | |||
I have raised a complaint with Airtel customer service that the network connection is very bad and I would like to disconnect it. Even after repeated requests, I was told to visit a branch and fill some form.. I already tolf them I would not be able to do that and told an representative to collect it from my place... But no response from them... Now its been 3 months and I am getting bills, though I have not used and being asked to pay the bill... I am asking why should I pay when I am not happy and stopped using it. Is it not their responsibility to work on the request in the first place. Airtel treats the customer only until they get a new connection, but if we want to disconnect, they want to pull as much money as possible.. bloody traits... Was this information helpful? | |||
