[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel - worst service provider

I have activated 3G services on my mobile number [protected] last month and it has been working fine. After my exceeding my data usage i did top up of Rs. 300 and for 2G network. Even after complaining twice and thrice to customer care my query has not yet benn resolved and those illiterate executives sending mails and sms stating my query has been resolved. Not only these the executive i spoke to me told me that i have already consumed part of some mb already from 3G network pack, How and when is the question??????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Please find attached screenshots where i have received sms and on top you can see network bar where it is clearly showing 2G.
