[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtels new Mypack offer & rediculous Customer care service.

NUMBER : [protected] I called the customer care executive to understand mypack offer for local and STD call rates. Executive confirmed that the offer at RS 306 was for A2A Local and STD calls for 90 days. However, my call charges are still at normal rates. Hence I called the customer care. 1) Each time i call, its pickedup by hindi speaking agent inspite of choosing english option and they have absolutely no atticates to talk. 2) Additionally people in the background make noise like absolute fish market. 3) Coming to the main issue, I called more than 6 - 7 times and; each time it was long 15 - 20 min call when the Gold service executive transfers the call to supervisor as he/ she is unable to fix the issue and then after transferring the call, call is disconnected. Will a customer be free to call so many times from his busy schedule and get such cheap unexpectedly ridiculous treatment?? I urge to get this fixed ASAP and wanted to highlight so that other similar customers donot have to waste their time like how i did. NUMBER : [protected]
