Airtel — amount deducted for BBI bundle plan of Rs 399 but not activated.

i have applied for blackberry Internet bundle plan for Rs 399/- on August 22, 2014. The amount was deducted from my overall balance. But I'm unable to use the service. I called customer care & they asked me do certain follow up checks. In spite of it, I'm unable to use the service. Calling blackberry customer care is a nightmare.
