I APPROACHED AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP OFFICE LOBBYOF ASANSOL WEST BENGAL, TO REQUEST THEM TO HELP ME IN DE-ACTIVATING MY POSTPAID CONNECTION NUMBER [protected] OR CONVERT IT TO PRE-PAID CONNECTION OF WEST BENGAL - ASANSOL, BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED TO HELP US OR BEHAVE PROPERLY WITH CUSTOMER. WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME TO GET THE CHANCE OF MEETING THEM. WHICH IS OFCOURSE OF NO USE. LAID BACK ATTITUDE.
THEY ASKED ME TO GO TO VIZAG & GET YOUR CONNECTION DE-ACTIVATED WE CANT DO ANYTHING FROM HERE.
THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO STOP MY CONNECTION WITH IMMIDIATE EFFECT, I NO LONGER REQUIRE THERE SERVICE.
