Airtel — applied for new postpaid after filling of form and deposition of security money no service is provided at all even the sim is blank till now | |||
i filled an online form for new postpaid connection and after which i received the call from airtel then they told me that on other day they are going to send their exicutive for form filling and security deposit the other day the exicutive came and i filled the form and submitted the security amount i.e. 250rs after this he told me that verification will take place and gave me a blank sim so as to choose the no from given list he gonna provide me later.After that on action took place i tried calling him many times but his mobile no is off then i called on the reference no he gave then i talked with him and he told he is from airtel and all after that he also didnt even pickup my calls.I tried calling customer care then they told me that sir it might be fake or something then just let me know one thing how did they now that i want an postpaid connection when i filled the form online on airtel official website.please answer it their contact no are anil-[protected] rahul-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Same case here.
I have requested to convert my prepaid mobile no ([protected]) to post-paid.
One of document collecting staff Mr. Jeet mobile no ([protected]) came to my home and collect all required document along with 250/- Account pay cheque No (000003) on 30th may 2015.
Still my no is not converted to post-paid, but amount is deducted from my account.
Document collecting agent now not pick up my phone to provide me status.
Nearest Airtel store or customer care also not providing me any status of my request.
How can I get my mobile convert to post-paid ?
If not possible then please revert back my amount to my account.
Bellow are some detail :-
Request date :- 30th may 2015
New SIM number : Already prepaid Airtel no. So no sim was provided.
Amount paid as deposit and start fee :- 250/- As Cheque no. 000003
Name :- Radheshyam Gupta Bank HDFC Bank)
receipt :- Form No :- DLPG 052445
