Airtel — Audio volume problem

Airtel DTH HD Purchased on 17/08/2014, ID no. [protected] . The problem is not getting audio sound . sometimes I cannot Control the volume with the remort .Once it is raised it cannot be controlled. I have lodged several complains but of no solution . Complain No. 39798037 dated 31/8/2014. My mobile number . [protected]. I need a solution Urgent.
