Airtel — Availability of 3G | |||||
I have been using airtel prepaid 3G for past 9 months and my number is [protected] in kuppam 517425, AP. for past 2mnths the data isn't speed enough and many hours in a day I get only 2G and things have become worse. In the last month 2days before my data expiry speed was fully throttled and I couldn't use my net and data got expired. this month I have recharged for 4.5gb and since my topup I didn't get 3G even for a day and its mostly 2G that too very bad connection. I ve lodged many complaints in customer care but problem stays. I hope they address my issue soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
