Hi, i am customer of airtel from last 9 to 10 years. But from last 15 to 20 days i am not able to call on few numbers. Mostly bsnl landline number and mobile numbers. Whenever i try to call within a fraction of second or even less then that, my call will cut down with a message displaying 'call failed'. Today first time i compliant regarding this issue to airtel customer care but to my surprise instead of helping with or solving my problem...

Well, i am using airtel network from past 8 years, but now the internet speed became too much slow, such that we cant open even a basic applications which needs internet connection. On top of that you people doing advertisement as a top speed internet provider and misleading the people.
Its not only in a single area, in most of the part bangalore airtel network is too bad as of now and also call used to cut several times. Its not...

My postpaid mobile number [protected] has not been activate, after 5 or 6 days and they stop my sim without any intimation. They asking for my adhare card even supreme court decision has not given adhare card after i put all formalities still my sim is not activate. I am really upset even this sim i used for long for 9 year.
It pathathic response and not activate the sim....

Malar kannan) having your company cell no for 10 years ([protected]) since the sim has been blocked i coudnt make and reive calls for past 2 weeks, since this is a valid cell no i was using this all purpose, but now i am unable to attend any call right now. So i kindly request you to rectify my sim problem immediately as soon as possible....

I want to change Demo number distribution to other... I have given complaint on march month to T.M And ZONAL BRANCH MANAGER BUT still they didn't solve problem...how many days required for changing my Demo distributor...!...

I have received a call by deepak (No: [protected]) claiming to be one of airtel's official. He asked for my aadhar number and rudely told me to do so within half hour otherwise my number will be blocked. I already have registered my aadhar number for more than a year and am linked with airtel for almost 17 years. Now i can't reach his number. Nobody from the customer care are picking up my call....

I recharged for international roaming for Rs. 2499 using Airtel App, iam travelling to China and wanted for 1 month, but since i landed i could not get call and make call to anyone. Airtel App is uselss and does not provide any useful information, only use for selling their products and not customer friendly....

I've taken 84 days plan with all calls free unlimited, but i've called to axis bank customer care, my all balance has been finished which i've recharged rs.50/-
Same number from jio are free.

Let me know pls what is the matter? Revert my balance immediately, since, i've already taken 84 days plan with all free calls. Where is my balance deducted and why??...

We have ported airtel number [protected] from kerala to andra pradesh on 30 april 2018 and it got ported on 5, may 2018. When we ported the retails in airtel showroom present in manjeera mall, kukatpally made us to recharge for around rs 485 rupees and told this offer gets activated after 4 hours once the new sim gets activated. Now after 1 day also the offer is not activated, when i call customer care they are telling they dont have any information...

My airtel postpaid 4g sim stooped working since today morning (06 may 2018). Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.

All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Today being sunday, the nearest airtel store in my town (Palakkad) is also not open.

At ballava there's a 4g airtel mobile tower. By dreaming a lot i ported my sim to airtel. But matter of great regret, always i am getting 2g network, very very very slow. I am in harassment. Airtel has arbitrarily started a paid service on my number, charged my money and then is telling me about it. All this at 4:40am! Why and how will i start a useless paid service in the middle of the night? I have not started any service from my side. This is absolute cheating and harassment of customer.

Please resolve this issue and refund my money ₹35. It is not about money but it is about ethics and business morals, which...

I am not able to recharge my [protected] after migration from postpaid to prepaid. No is active and i can receive any incoming call but not able to outgoing. And the worst thing is that i can't even dial in to your customer care because of low balance. What a poor service provided by this. I wanted to convert one of my postpaid number to prepaid. I visited kamla nagar, avas vikas store for more than 10 time. Each time they told some reason that it is not possible from their end. At the same time costumer care is guiding to approach airtel store.
Even after a lot of visit it is not converted. They are issuing any reference number also for our concern.

Well i was thinking to stay on airtel but when i just taken a new smart phone and the airtel provide me with 30days net i appreciate for that but when i was trying to open videos on youtube or hotastar it started buffering many times and in between the videos also, i just hate that, in our area you net speed is like a #, so please i request u to improve it as early as you can... I am airtel user when ppl ring me they say "i was busy" but when i really was not in a call, whats happening with airtel, indicating i am busy in call, when i am not really in call. Is i due to network errorr any such report made by others?

I transacted a payment on my airtel money line, amount k851.00 my account has been debited but the client zambia revenue authority is still not credited. I kindly request that the people who are living here of almost 10000 peoples... Nearly surrounding of 50 villages are mainly addicted to airtel networks...
But nowadays the network's are busy.. Signals problem... And not even 3g networks are not...

My airtel dish tv is not working since 3 days and i have been calling the customer care for last 3 days and no resolution have been taken yet. Everytime they say technician will come but no one visited yet.

They are not sharing the complaint number as well.

Kindly resolve the issue asap and please reimburse the per day charges due to inconvenience caused...
