Very slow Internet speed is disallowing to use various services through Internet. I am a job seeker and everyday I need to update my resume in various job portals. I have been moving for months coz my airtel agents line [protected], I'd 10152391 was removed from the system and have got no help and I have been given surpevisors numbers but keep playing me around and they don't even pick there phones ..they are no help to us just after money that I should pay 500000 for anew line ..imagine even with out float..please consider my compline coz am in need of the line....

1) i recharged on 31st january 2017 towards one year infinity pack for rs5500/-. As per airtel employee it ended on 25th jan 2018, another employee says it will end on 26th january, whereas online portal says balance of rs82/- on 24th jan 2018.
2) however, i got it recharged on 24th jan 2018 for rs5551/- on 24th jan2018 on advice of airtel employee. When i got the confirmation of recharge it says rs5500/- as recharge fees and not rs5551/-....

Please refer your above bill which was paid by cheque no 134701 dated 03.08.2017 rs 1120 again bill no.[protected] dated 25.08.2017 for rs. 2499.92 paid cheque no 134731 paid rs. 2500 dated 09.09.2017 detail previous balance 1119.50 this month 1380.42 total 2499.92. This is to bring your kind attention that, i used to recharge airtel number +91 [protected] by using airtel application.

I recharged ₹ 248 on 23rd january 2018 by using quick recharges option. It was showing 1.4 gb/day + unlimited calls (82 days) for ₹ 248. I recharged this. But after recharging i got just 3 gb data for 28 days.

I have been trying to do name change for my mobile number since last 6 months but airtel is not able to do it and from june 2017 i have been following but no response. Now i have been given a new sim but the services are not working iin both the sim cards. I dont know what the hell is this.

My number has been allocated to someone else without prior knowledge to me. Some of my bank accounts, my insurance info is connected to that number and now it’s all in the air, in the hands of someone i don’t know.
Why have i not been informed about this in not even a single email. Airtel, what was so tough in reaching to your customer? I have been airtel’s customer since more 10 years and this is what it melts down to....

During from 30 days when iam trying to make a out going call its diretly disconnected like its showing call ended..in the mean while i contact with customer care they are saying your problem will be resolved with in 24hours.

Too much worst services provided by airtel.

Jio is time pe better hai but airtel ni kehne ko airtel best network but mai kafi time se suffer kar rha hu even complaint bhi kia but no positive response by airtel customer care they not care about their customer.

I am going to port my no.in other service provider but going forward airtel kabhi use ni karunga.

I was using airtel postpaid and they were providing 10 gb extra for every extra month but in the end they charged us for using those data which they provided for free
Moreover they charged me ₹470 for transfering from postpaid to preepaid they said extra amount will be refunded in your prepaid no. But nothing happen.
When i complain regarding this they said they will waffer me remaining amount in 7 days now it is 1 month and...

For my airtel postpaid number international pack if 1199 is activated but when i landed in country where i am travelling i am not able to receive calls nor make calls. This kind of service is not accepted at all. I was told by customer care service representative that pack will be activated as soon as i land in sri lanka but nothing got activated. Either activate it or deactivate my plan. I am definitely not going to pay if its not working....
