Worst payment service app as made a payment of rs 1600 in reference to my airtel broadband connection payment status is not confirmed as called up the airtel bank customer care on 400 they say my money has been blocked when asked for the reason no one is in the mood to help me just shamefully telling me to wait worst service shame on to airtel and it's team my airtel bank account number is [protected]
Its better to use paytm or freecharge...

Today morning i received a message on my number that namkeen pack has been activated on my number. This happened without my permission & balance of rs-25/- has been deducted from my account.

I have never subscribed for this service, why airtel has activated this??

Want to file a complaint for such unnecessary deductions made by airtel. Such instances have happened in the past as well. They activate certain services...

I would like to transfer an airtel mobile connection to my sister in law. She has been using the number for several years but the connection has been in my name.

The store has been asking for proof of blood relation. I am ready to submit both my aadhaar and her aadhaar.

Now i would like to transfer the connection to her name to reflect her as the account owner.

What is the process for doing this....

Airtel has activated gamepind service without my consent and is rewnewing them costing rs. 30 everytime it is being renewed.

I have converted my airtel number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 10th jan 2018. When i try to recharge error msg is showing. I cannot recharge through online as well as offline.

I am residing in delhi and user of airtel ([protected]) for a long time. I used this network in 4g but my 4g network in my resident is not working properly in the last 15 days and outside my resident 4g speed work. I applied to port my number from docomo to airtel. The airtel number got activated on 4th january but there were no network signals for more than10-12 days. I'm facing problem from today evening regarding the internet speed apps like play store and facebook and what's app are not opening even after multiple attempts we have also tried swaping the sum card along with tried to reboot the phone but no results the problem is still there is poor availability of internet to applications are launching so i would request to look into the matter and solve it in a short couple of time...

My post paid hot spot no. Is [protected] which was purchased sometimes in september 2017 and one time payment has been made upto march 2018. Now i am getting enormous call for making payment.

After repeated calling to airtel they are unable to provide me a resolution about my claim. The status shows as in repair stage on 10th jan'18, i had made the excess fee at that day itself. This is regarding wrong transaction happened on 31st Dec 2017 for Airtel of INR 11974.00 .There is wrong payment of INR11974.00 is done from my account while doing payment for my Airtel No[protected] instead of INR 1197 INR 11974.00 got deducted .

Please refund my amount to my account.

As per customer service they are saying the will provide refund by 15th January 2018 but still yet I have not...
