Airtel — Balance Deducted from my main balance of 199/- RS but data pack did'nt got activated | |||
Dear Officer, I am fed up with airtel service.. my mobile number is [protected].. Last week I did recharge of rs 199 for data service of 1.25GB after checking on *121#→ Data service → 2G → 199 RS 1.25 GB for 28 days.. Balance got deducted from my mobile.. it was 400 rs and after deducting my account balance was 201.. but the data pack was deactivated.. I tried calling customer care and explain them all that happened.. but nothing happened.. everyone got the same answer we will escalate it and it will take 48 hours.. in even spoke to their seniors they to have the same reason.. some of executive even told the plan got acctivated at night and it got finished in the same day, which is illogical.. some execute even told that their is no plan as such, Airtel customer service is so pathetic that it takes 5-7 mins to get connected to executive and many of the time while transferring the call to senior the trainee disconnects the call.. so we need to try again.. for next 7-8 mins.. when I applied for porting airtel executive called and agrees that he will credit 199 in 24 hours.. but now it is 72 hrs and no action is taken.. Retention Executive gave me the tracking number as QRCTSO[protected] its not the matter of 199 rs.. but it hurts when you use same number in airtel for 7-8 yrs and this is the service we get in return.. please do the needful..
