Airtel — Balance deduction and Bad customer service | |||
I have activated 3G internet pack in my mobile number [protected]. And while checking data balance, it shows still 110 MB balance is there and I had 29 rupees in my main balance. So I have started using internet and suddenly I got a flash message saying your 3G balance is 45 MB and Main balance is 0.03 Rs. Stilk 45 MB data is there but I dont know why the hell they have dudected the amount from main balance. The main issue is, when I call customer care, it is a worst ever response I have got from airtel. She told, there is no mistake from us. Then I asked her to connect to higher officials but she was silent for 45 seconds and am keep on saying hello hello to her. Then she was repating the same thing 'there is no mistake from our end and please cut thr call'. Who the hell is she to ask me to cut the call without any resolution. Are we mad people who calls you regarding the issue? Am using airtel for 6 years, this is the WORST RESPONSE EVER given by airtel. I have sent request for portability. All my family members and friends were with airtel and I should start suggesting them to move out of airtel. Wont suggest airtel for anyone in future!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
