[Resolved] Airtel — Balance deduction due to invalid reasons | |||
My self Priyanka Dubey i am a customer of Airtel team from last some years Yesterday dated 25.11.2014 i have recharged 2G net online for Rs.25 by netbanking ICICI bank . I got a message from your side that Recharges is successfully done but when i started using net on my mobile there is deduction of RS. 40 with in the same day i called your customer care executive he told me he have no idea about deduction.
