Airtel — Bill Discrepancy mobile# - [protected]

Hello Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your kind attention that i have been charged a bill of Rs 3802.06 due in June. I have been texting airtel( Data Use to 121, 3G use to 121) to unveil or inform me about the current internet usage as the airtel team changed my 3G internet plan, but every time i received a text, saying due to an intermittent issue, we are unable to process your request. try again ...had Airtel team informed me about the usage my bill would not have been remarkably high. I am very disappointed at the service provided to me by Airtel. Somehow, I believe this was deliberate attempt by airtel to not inform their users about the usage so they will pay extra, which will be a business to Airtel. This is not acceptable at all this is embezzlement. I want someone from Airtel to either waive off the charges or i will disconnect this mobile number and will got to other service provider. Also, if the bill is not waived of i will file a case in the consumer court. i am attaching the screen shot of the messages i have sent to 121. my mobile number is [protected].
