[Resolved] Airtel — Broad band related increased bill amount | |||||
I have initially started the broad band connection with 1099/- pack under the user id:[protected] and telephone no: [protected] and the package is changed after a month with the phone call of your concerned authorities that the GB will be extended from 20 to 60 for 1199/- pack. And i agreed for the same. But I have been getting bill for an amount of Rs/ 1316/- and 1376/- and for the march month I got a bill amount 1476/-. Why my bill amount is increasing day by day as they have informed that after the 60 GB consumption it will be unlimited with a speed of 512 mbps and the land line for any mobile is free within in India.
