Airtel — Broadband and fixed line | |||||
Paid, didnt get connection and no refund ( reference account number: [protected]). Again paid got the connection, paid the bill ( fixedline number by Airtel: [protected]) and then stopped working. On calling the customer care got to know that the connection is somebody else's name. No rectification done in the past 1week and no internet. Everyday i face the same harassment as no progress is taking place. Was this information helpful? | |||||
